Using svn 4.3.  I have a relative who requested her first, short lived marriage be removed from the tree.  As I want to maintain any research I have done, I told her I would just hide that information from public view.  So in privacy setting by ID I put in her ex-husbands Individual ID and the family ID for their marriage.  All works well except if I do a search on her name,  under the second section families it now shows her current marriage only, but underneath it shows:

    Total families : 1
    Hidden : 1

This implies that she was married before, it is just hidden.  She does not want it to show she was ever married before.  How do you keep it from listing hidden records?  I can't seem to find a setting for this unless I am overlooking something.
Also, if you make a record private as I have done for the ex-husband,  but do a search under his name, it comes up saying this information is private and must have an account to view it.  Is there a way to prevent this as well, like just saying no records found?

    Thanks
    Doc

Switch to webtrees. We do not use a hidden count.
