The only thing that changed is at hostingprovider and it's an upgrade from php 5.2 to 5.3
Can you give a solution?? Or should I ask the provider??

Not sure which version of PGV you are using, but it must be the current SVN.
Then, take a look at this thread. It is a config problem with the server and a php conflict. Your ISP should fix this, if you don't.

Safe mode may also be in effect and can cause problems.

Using phpGedview version 4.2.3. and as far as I can see in phpInfo the has safe mode off.

Nope - You need to be using 4.3 via the SVN as has been very discussed on these forums. ANYTHING less and there are SERIOUS bugs.
OK the provider solved the issue.
Media works fine now.
Only have other problem with users see new topic
