I recently discovered that my great grandmother and her sisters each had different fathers.  How can I add information for each of these men, to these woman and their mother correctly?

    Same mother?
Select one of the women's INDI page, Close relatives tab.
Go to the existing parents family record (in another tab), and select CHANGE FAMILY MEMBERS from EDIT - Options for Family submenu. Remove the father.
Refresh your INDI Page for the woman. Now, if a new person, select link - add a father to this family. If an already existing person, navigate to the mother's page (wife) and select Add a husband from an existing person. If the second option, you'll have to again use the Change Family Members option once the family is created and add the child.

Repeat with each child of the mother.

three sisters, same mother, different fathers.

I must be doing something wrong.  I tried following your directions: I go to one of the daughters records, add a father for the daughter and the father shows up for all of the daughters.

What do you mean by 'Go to the existing parents family record (in another tab)?

The sisters and their descendants are already contained on the tree.

I thought I was specific enough about the routine that you could follow it, if you did as I suggested, one step at a time.

Tabs, or windows - I don't care, but frequently when managing multiple people and families, it is much easier to open several tabs (or windows) so you can see the information without having to do a lot of back paging, searching or clicking.

I understand all the SISTERS were there, as you already said the your "great grandmother and her sisters" showed under one family. If eacg had the same mother and each had a different father (and I presume one of them is correctly displayed in the existing family), then do this:

    1) Navigate to the existing family record page.
    2) in a separate tab or window, open one of the sisters that belong to a different father
    3) Return to the first family record page and remove the sister now displayed in window/tab #2, using the EDIT FAMILY > Change Family Members
    4) From the refreshed family page (which now displays one less chlld), open yet a third window/tab for the mother.
    5) From the mother's page, create a new family by adding the new husband/father to the half-sibling displayed in #2. If this person (father/husband/partner) is already in your database, use the" add a husband from existing" link, and if not, use the "add a new husband" link.
    6) Write down or copy the newly created family unit record number (Fnnnnn) and then navigate to the half-sibling's window created in step 2.
    7) Refresh this tab, then select "Add this person as a child to an existing family" link and insert the copied FAM-ID number and save. That person will now be attached to the new father with the previously existing mother and be a half-sibling to the first family.
    8) From this child's window/tab, navigate to the mother's record and then to the next sibling to move.
    9) Repeat until all the wrong siblings have been removed from the first family and attached to the newly created families.

Perhaps a less confusing procedure might be:

    1. Navigate to the family page that shows the mother, the original father, and all three children.
    2. In the "Options for family" area at the top right of the page, under "Edit Family", select the "Change Family Members" option.
    3. Delete all three children from this family.  This will NOT delete the individuals - they will be retained as they are, but without any parents.
    4. Navigate to the mother's Personal Details page and select the "Close Relatives" tab.
    5. At the bottom of the page, use the correct "Add a new husband" option to create two new families with this mother and the fathers of two of the children.  Note: "family" here does NOT imply that the two were married, unless you enter marriage details.
    6. Navigate to the Personal Details page of each of the children, and on the Close Relatives tab, use the option "Link this person to an existing family as a child".

I forgot to add the following:

Be sure to "accept" the changes after steps 3, 5, and 6.

Alternatively, set your PGV account up so that all your changes are automatically accepted into the database.  When you change your account rights, any changes waiting for approval will still have to be accepted.  The "auto accept" option is only effective for database changes made after the account setting has been modified.
