I want to restrict the view of ADDR records to admin only. When I enter this as a Global fact privacy rule, it is accepted, but seems to have no effect.
I set:
ADDR Show fact, Only authenticated
ADDR Show fact details, Only admin
The ADDR record has fields for Address and Place. What is the usual way these fields are used? They appear to serve the same purpose.

The fact privacy wasn't fully implemented prior to version 3.1. This should work in v3.1.
