hi

i configure phpgedvie 3 beta 4.
when i upload my gedcom file, i got this message:

  Hi Jrgen,
  
  Did you do a clean install or an upgrade of your existing installation? There is a change in the DB setup between 2.65.x and version 3.0.
  
  You can drop the family database (pgv_families) and redo the import.
  
  Please let me know if it solves your problem.

  Can you send me your gedcom file? You can send it to botak at users dot sourceforge dot net.

  did you change you Gedcom-file since you've installed the previous version ?
  
  did the previous version ask you to run any tool (like utf-8/ansi converter) ?
  
  can you check, if the gedcom-file you use is identical to the gedcom-file you have created with your own software ?

  to 3. yes it is
  
  before i installed version beta 4, the versions beta 2 and 3 ran. after installing beta 4 also version beta 2 and 3 dont run.
  
  may it be that the mistake is from my provider or in my sql tables and not in phpgedview?

  i have always installed phpgedview 265.4.
  
  www.bach-stammbaum.de/gedview
  
  here i have no mistake or bug, by import the same gedcom file.
  
  on www.bach-stammbaum.de/gedviewII
  
  i have installed phpgedview 300.4
  
  and here i got the mistake by importing the gedcom file.

  I just remembered someone else had the same problem. So I searched through
  my archive and found that the other person had to drop all tables and then
  start again. What I wonder is if the problem still exists, do you get the
  same error message running in index mode?
