Hello
I'm using 4.2.1 with PHP 5.2.12. I have around 40,000 individuals in my database. When I list individuals with a particular surname, I occassionally get two instances of the same person, one under the other. Another things that happens is that when I am choosing a marriage partner from a list of people already in the database, the person I want to link in marriage is not shown in the list, even though I know that person is married and in the database. Although these aren't major problems, I'm wondering what causes them and if there is anything that can be done to fix them.
Thanks
Marion

First, there will be no code support for 4.2.1. We're talking software released 04-APR-2009, almost 1.5 years ago. If it turns out to be a bug (which I don't recall, but is possible), either it has been fixed in subsequent releases, or it will not be fixed for 4.2.1 and you will have to upgrade.
Secondly, on the 'missing' female (you said person), have you gone to their record and examined their 1 and 2 NAME tags and have you confirmed you have "Display married names" enabled in the GEDCOM configuration?
Lastly, on the double-up, again, what is the raw name code showing for these persons?
After reviewing, can you please provide a link to a list that displays these characteristics or is your site secret?
