You probably find it strange that REFN doesn't contain a number but text, but for historical reasons I used this TAG for nationality or rather to control the printing of various flags in charts produced by Ged2html.

Although my usage og the REFN TAG for the described purpose is unusual, I still think it is compatible with the Gedcom 5.5 spec.:

USER_REFERENCE_NUMBER: = {Size=1:20}
A user-defined number or text that the submitter uses to identify this record. For instance, it may be a record number within the submitter's automated or manual system, or it may be a page and position number on a pedigree chart.

However, the OCCU line is straight forward, and still the data is missing in the zoomed up box.
