    Hello again,

A new type of errors arises in v1.17. The program haven't created the index files with the following message:
Fatal error: Failed opening required './index/indilist.ind' (include_path='.:/data/apache/php/mmp_lib') in session.php on line 136

    The homepage is: http://members.lycos.co.uk/stg09/

    Bye,

      Hello,

I'm trying to by-pass the problem temporarly. If I have let the v.1.16 to create the index files, and after that upgarde the session.php to v.1.17, the program works correctly.
But when I have a new GEDCOM, I must do the whole procedure again :-(

And just an another question: Why do you think the language changing doesn't work?

      Tanks,
      Istvn

Hmm... Indexing is working, but it has now the previous problem: the little popup-boxes don't contain the spouse's name.
Besides this, the individual, the source lists and the person list for timeline chart are empty.

        Regards,
        Istvn

      And two another errors:
      - I can choose among the places in the Place Hierarchy, the program generates the table to show me the result, but the table is empty.
      - The searching function doesn't operate correctly, it shows the same symptome I wrote above.

      Regards,
      Istvn

Okay, are you ready to try again?  I'm sorry for all of these bugs.  I haven't had the time to do a complete test, and didn't think the changes I had made were that significant.  Anyway, there is now a 1.18 version that I have successfully tested.  I hope it works for you.

        Hello,

Thank you, it seems to be working now. But there is an another little bug (which doesn't appear constantly) in Timeline Chart. Sometimes doesn't appear the timeline of all the selected persons, sometimes the program doesn't build the page correctly and the age maker can't be move along the timeline.
And there is something with the multilingual mode: On the one hand, changing language in Pedigree Tree doesn't change the language of the page, but it looks good. On the other hand, changing language for example in a personal data sheet clears the whole tabel.
Shall I modify something to revive the multilingual pages?
I hope I could (and/or can) conduce to make more perfect this wonderful solution. If you don't mind, I will translate the language files into Hungarian.

        Regards,
        Istvn

When you finish the Hungarian translation, please send me a copy of the files, if you would like me to include them in the project.

What version of PHP are you using?

        Hello,

I'm using the PHP installed to Lycos, which is 4.0 (This was the only version number I have found)

      Istvn,

I'm aware that their are problems with changing languages on other pages.  This is because some of the variables like $pid get lost.  I will work on fixing this in the next release.

I haven't been able to recreate the problems you had with the timeline page.  Could you post a link, or email a screen capture with the problems in it with a list of the steps you took that created the problem?

      Thanks,

      Hello,

The timeline problem raises when I add a person who has no personal data (I know, that it's a little bit extreme situation ;-)) In this case the strucuture of the page collapses.
Here is a screen shot: http://kep.tar.hu/ipeto01/index.phtml?aid=27541244&pid=1936449

Sometimes the age maker becomes immovable, but at this moment I can't recreate it either.

And an another bug with the character encoding: you can see here (http://kep.tar.hu/ipeto01/index.phtml?aid=27541244&pid=1936512) the person-finding dialoge box of the timeline chart.

      Bye,
      Istvn
