I have loaded a whole lot of Death Notices for all the users of my gedview site. I started them all with DN and then surname. In manage multi media I can type DN and click filter and all those file thumbs appear. When my users do that in multi media they get an unrelated person appearing who has dn in name (Sydney) DN* does not work nor DN$. Any ideas

Media files need to be made into media objects. You do this when you link a media file to a person, family, or source.

Ordinary users can only see media objects (i.e., media files that are linked as mentioned above). You, as the admin, can see unlinked media files too.

Linked the media and can now do a media/DN search as a user and all the Death notices appear - brilliant
