When I have an Edit Interface window open and want to attach an existing media file, I cannot display the images.
I click the Multimedia Object camera (without the + sign) to open the find meida window.
Media contains;
Show thumbnails
Filter Display all
Current directory
media/pictures (I have all images in a subdirectory)
-
Exernal objects
media
When I enter criteria and click the filter button, nothing displays. When I click display all, nothing displays. How can I show the image, or all images.

How do you have multimedia configured? Do you have submenus enabled/specified in the gedcom configuration. Is media working when you use the media list or manage media?
When you open an event window and click edit, then "Add a new Multimedia object ", unfortunately, the window actually automatically displays EVERY media item available. Then, to limit the presentation, you can 'filter' the results. This is the methodology that the manage media link used to used before we reprogrammed it to only display after the 'filtering' option was available.
If, when you click on the 'FIND MEDIA' button, you see no media, you have your media access misconfigured. -Stephen

In config, I have 3 levels set. When I use Manage Multimedia, directory defaults to media/pictures and I can click display all to see all my images, including the one I'm trying to link.
When I use the event window, and click edit, then "Add Multimedia object", NO images appear.
