Last week my WebHotel experienced DNS errors. Aparently this was not just my host, but I have spoken to many friends and they too had issues about the same time. These DNS issues seemed to affect our mail systems only. Now I look around and find that I had 2 people sign in and create new accounts, however the auth message never arrived. Is there any way to get the system to push the message back out (resend) so it comes fromthe system and not me?

Hi John,
The only solution that comes in my mind is:
You edit both users.
Check the 2 buttons about verification (User verified himself and User Approved by Admin).
Then they are verified and can logg in.
This should only be done if you know them and the email of them is ok.
Because if you check (User Approved by Admin) the user gets an email from the system which tells him he is verified and can logg in.
But first you should check if their email is ok so they can get the message from the system.

Yes I know them. I did click the user verified button, however I was thinking if it happened again, is there any flag that can be tossed that woudl send the message again.

No there isn't currently a way that you can resend the message. :-(
But, you could accomplish the same thing by deleting them and requesting an account for them. You will have all of their information so you would just fill out the request form again with their email so that they get the message again.
