HCAL gives "Empty Document."

When I try to download an hcal .ics file, I am taken off site to http://h2vx.com/ which returns:
"Empty document, no HTML found."

What is wrong?

The Apple iCalendar plugin was never activated although a link exists.

Thanks. My hosted version gives me the message I quoted; my local version downloads a skeleton .ics file with no data. The effective result is the same.
