I was doing some add/delete in config and must have deleted the MARR from whatever makes it appear when clicking Add New Wife on a Male's Indi record. Where do I add it back?

Not sure why you'd be mucking about in the EDIT OPTIONS under GEDCOM CONFIG, but take a look at line 7 - "Family Add Facts" and make sure you have MARR listed.

I do have MARR on the Family Add Facts but when I click Add New Husband, it's not showing section. I logged out and back in to make sure.

I was adding _NMR and when I was there (Edit section), saw MARR more than once and removed. However, too late, realized it was for different marriage types. Wasn't intentional :) My eyes playing tricks on me.

Someday I'll go through what's there to remove ones I will never use to streamline the dropdown menu. But no a priority for this century. Thanks Stephen.

    Stephen:
Line 7 in GEDCOM A where marriage section is okay for Add New Husband/WIfe:
    Family Add Facts: CENS,MARR,MARR_CIVIL,MARR_RELIGIOUS,MARR_PARTNERS,_COML,NOTE,RESI,_TODO

Line 7 in GEDCOM B where marriage section is NOT okay:
    Family Add Facts: CENS,MARR,MARR_CIVIL,MARR_RELIGIOUS,MARR_PARTNERS,_COML,NOTE,RESI

    Mac
Make a copy of your settings and just hit RESET. Then you can restore the things you wish change.

    STEPHEN:
To make sure of reset, I added WWW to Unique Source Facts, knowing it should delete on Reset. Hit Reset for Edit section. Logged out. Clear cache, clear cookies. Log back in. Created Add New Wife. Only Birth and Death, no Marriage. (The WWW did delete so assume Reset happened)

Of course, this is only in Gedcom B. Gedcoms A and C are okay.

Okay, I copied in the Line 7 from a "untouched" config (my 3rd file) and still cannot get MARR tags showing in Add New Wife/Husband.

There are 4 places in the GEDCOM configuration, "Edit Options" section where the MARR tag shows up.  The configuration options involved are:

    Family Add Facts
    Quick Family Facts
Facts for families to show on Quick Update
Facts for families to always show on Quick Update

PGV uses QUICK_REQUIRED_FAMFACTS when adding a spouse and QUICK_REQUIRED_FACTS when adding an INDI.

Thanks canajun2eh! Didn't know about the latter two, it was missing from the last.  Should RESET not have added the tag back as it's part of default?

It seems the only way I could restore the  edit windows was to retrieve a backup of the FILENAME.ged_conf.php for the particular Gedcom. As many times as I copied in generic lines or hit reset, it didn't restore the window. While the MARR info appeared, it didn't save properly and I had to re-add via the "Add Marraige Details". Everything now works properly.

If you modified the conf file and it didn't stick, then either the file was corrupted or the file had been inadvertantly locked (more likely). Glad to hear you restored your expected forms display.
