Well, so I wanted to put my site visible only after connection by indicating it in the administration. Since then, I have again the message "You are not welcome here" and I can not do anything anymore.

I don't understand what you said. Exactly what did you do? You can explain in French, if you wish.
You will probably need to use phpmyadmin to examine the pgv_ip_address database table and remove the entry that's causing your problems.
If you don't know how to use the phpmyadmin tool or if you don't have access to that, please e-mail me directly at gkroll (at) keldine (dot) ca . I'll need to know the URL for your site and also the admin userid and password for your copy of PhpGedView. I should be able to correct the problem from here, since I am using a different IP address.
