I've updates PGV a few days from 4.2.1 to 4.24. After then the source tab on a person is empty. After the nex update to 4.3.0 SVN the source tab is still empty. With 4.2.1 it worked.
The memory_limit is on 128MB.

If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
Are the SOUR information still in the RAW or gone?
Did you change your display preferences on SOUR?
If they are gone, you did not properly EXPORT your gedcom nor reimport a complete version. You may have inadvertently specified the exclusion of sources in the export. -Stephen

Does the GEDCOM contain any SOUR records? If it doesn't, it's quite likely that you didn't specify the export options properly when you exported the 4.2.1 database to a GEDCOM. If the GEDCOM contains the missing SOUR records, it's possible that the Privacy settings prevent displaying of the SOUR records.
The other thing, not mentioned by Stephen, is that you MUST import the GEDCOM so that the database tables are properly populated. This is often overlooked when people do an upgrade.

What Stephen is trying to say is:

Hi all. Yes, in the RAW / GEDCOM the sources are still shown. They are just not displayed on the tab.
Which privacy setting could prevent this? I thought it could be s.th. like that, but I did not found a setting how could be responsible for that.
Right near the top of the Privacy settings, you'll see the option "Show sources". There are several choices.
What a shame. :-( OK, the sources are now displayed.
OK, it has nothing to do with the update.
Thanks for the great help. I always learn.
