I was never sure, from earlier discussions about this, if this software would do this… if there was an automated software means of merging two GEDCOMs, or if I needed to do it manually. I did find a relative that had a large gedcom and I have a few names in my gedcom that I created and started manually building online. So, now I have two GEDCOMs and just thought I'd see if they can be merged into one?
If so, how effective would this be? Would the software recognize the same names in two gedcom files? What if some of the data was different in the two gedcom?
One other thing, if you have two or more gedcom on a site, as an admin I can setup a default gedcom but can I allow users to switch and see either one? I thought I saw that this was possible, a possible option during setup. I would have chosen to allow this but I know when other users log into the site, they aren't seeing anything to indicate that there is another gedcom/family tree they could view.
Thanks,
Bruce

Fully automated merging is very difficult. The best route to take depends on many factors. It's all been said before, so search the forum archives.
The "other" gedcoms are listed under one of the menu options (the exact one depends on the theme chosen). If you don't see them, it is possible that you changed the $ALLOW_CHANGE_GEDCOM setting from the default of "true" to "false". You set this in the site config page. You set this at step 4 of the site config page (link from admin page).
