Family Tree Hangs when wants to backup or Accept/Reject.

I am running PhpGedView 4.3 on windows 7. When ever I tried to backup it hangs and does not backup.
Also when after having edited any record, I click Accept/Reject and click the url, nothing happens, just a blank page.

Please help me to resolve my problem. Thanks.

What PHP version are you running? Has there been a recent upgrade?
Even version 4.3 is limited.

Sorry, I can't remember if 4.3 works on 5.4. Someone else will have to answer as I moved on to webtrees.net which is being updated daily.

I have installed Webtrees and tried to transfer data from old to this new one and I am getting following error :

"Loading data from GEDCOM file: 91.6%
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '1-M221' for key 'PRIMARY' "

As you can see it has stuck at 91.6%. I can not understand this. Please help.
