in ver2.61b2 i got a message, but no email.
i thought if i configure them, that i got a private message in phpgedview and a email.

  Yes, if you set the contact method to Internal messaging and emails, then you should get a PGV message and an email. Make sure that your email address in your PGV account is correct.
