Version 2.51b file is corrupt !!!!!

This morning, 7:30 GMT+1, I tried to download the new beta version 2.51 but any way I try, the file is corrupt.

I tried with http the usual way, another browser, download manager, ftp. Everything gives me an error in packed file.

Can this file be uploaded again?

  WinZip claims it's 1639 bytes short. I tried various mirrors to no avail.
