I've been adding quite a bit recently and have sorted out the vast
majority of the errors found by the checker, but I've been doing it in
the 'Personal Facts and Details' screen and the Family pages. When I
click on any of the other tabs I get a new view, but with no data.
Hunting around I found that at the end of the URL in the browser there
is a 'tag=0'. If I change the '0' to a '1' I get a proper 'Notes'
display; '4' and I get 'Close Relatives' etc. '5' gives me the 'Tree',
but it doesn't work properly. On hover, the actual tabs all show
'javascript:;'. It's as if the program is in a halfway transition from
working one way to working the other.
I copied my GEDCOM back to my home Mac Mini server and it worked
properly. Both are running 4.3.1, but the Mac is an older release (7054)
than the AWS server (7244). PHP is v 5.5.38 on the Mac and 7.3.1 on AWS.
MySQL is 5.7.17 on the Mac, 8.0.18 on AWS. The latest System
Requirements information I can find on the website comes from 2012.
Could this be a problem?
Thanks,
David

I think you meant, "tab=0". When you hover over one of the tabs on the Personal Facts screen, you are supposed to see "Javascript:;" . That's normal behaviour when the tab view is launched by Javascript. I see that too. "tab=0" means "show all tabs".
I don't see "&tab=0" or anything similar in the browser's navigation line. (I'm using 64 bit Firefox 75.0 on a Windows 7 laptop.)
I think a couple of screen shots (the entire screen, please) might help me. Please e-mail these screen shots directly to me (DO NOT post them here). e-mail address: gkroll (at) keldine (dot) ca
Your description of the problem appears to indicate that there might be an error in your PHP configuration.

The only thing I see wrong when I run the tests on my system is that the Interactive Tree does not have a page title, "Interactive Tree", the way "Personal Facts and Details", "Notes", etc. do.
On my site, everything works as expected. I do NOT have the Research Assistant installed. That might have something to do with it.

Did you get the screenshots? I sent them the day after the post above.
