When logged in to phpGedView (MySQL mode), the header shows this:
Logget p som (user) Mit Anetr | Mit Indi Log af | Administration
When logged in to phpGedView (INDEX mode), the header shows this:
Logget p som (user) Log af | Administration
Is this difference intentional, is it an error, or did I screw up something ?

Because the two modes store users in different places you have to edit the users in both places and set their GEDCOM ids.
The "Mit Anetr | Mit Indi" links only show up if there is a gedcom id specified for the user.
