hi
i got often emails from any countrys in your languages, (chile, polen, brasilia, israel and so on..)
but i dont understand this messages. what can i do, that the people only write in german or english?

You might already have seen this: when users type an email in PGV, on top of the screen the message appears:
Dieser Nutzer bevorzugt Nachrichten in Nederlands (or any other indicated language for that user)
I guess your users don't read the message well ;-)
It might be caused by the fact that PGV is shown in the native language of the user, thus suggesting that the administrator can read that language too.
I have no idea what could be done in PGV, more than is done already. But if you have suggestions they are as always, very welcome.

I would just use a standard reply in the language that you use saying:
"Hi,
Thanks for your interest. The language you used to contact me is not in a language that I understand. Can you please contact me using German or English?"
