I notice that there is a log for searches performed but was wandering if there was a way of tracking an individual user's activities more closely when he is logged in.
It's just that I have user who logs in hours a a time and doesn't seem to be contributing and I suspect is accessing information for his own use which I wouldn't mind if he was honest to tell me about it.
Can you track the pages he visits and whether is he downloading stuff? I could then present him with some evidence rather than acting on suspicions.

Are you sure this user is logged in for long periods? The user might just be forgetting to log out before disconnecting.
If the user is truly logged in for long periods, why not just contact him and ask?
