I use phpgedview only in localhost, with qupzilla. It's possibile not automatically logout on browser closing? In effect this problem is qupzilla problem, in firefox it's possibile...

This is not advisable. There's no way PhpGedView can automatically determine that it's being used only in a local host environment. The "no auto logout" feature can easily be mis-configured, leaving non-local sites open to hacking, especially if the PhpGedView site is being accessed from a place such as an Internet cafe.
PhpGedView determines logged-in status by means of cookies that are automatically deleted when the browser closes. This deletion is mandatory in EU countries.
There used to be a "remember me" option on the Login page, but this was removed a few years ago for security reasons.
