Hello

Could you please let me know how to handle the situation where the wife retains her maiden name after marriage.

Not sure but I think that the children also go under the mother's maiden name.

What's your question? Simply don't add the MARNM.

For the children you will just need to take care with adding them, as PGV will suggest a surname matching the father's. Just replace it.
