PGV has no printing utility for this function. You would have to use one of the gedcom services with pointers to these covered in other threads. For PGV, it would be very limited in scope as many of us have such large trees that we would never consider this as an option.

i use stammbaumdrucker which allows me to create wallpaers of 1.6 m x 10 m to show up relationship trees with thousands of indis . it is fully customizable, so you can choose what and how to import from gedcom file and what and how to print out.
it is in german ( http://www.www.stammbaumdrucker.de ) and english language ( http://www.familytreefactory.com ) , execellent documented and a good, direct support ( at least in german). give it a try and download the demo with notifications printed or just buy it for about 40 Euro for personal use i believe.
It is worth every Euro imho
