When adding a place I got a strange effect. The frontpage of my website appears when filling the country field.
Anyone the same problem?
What's the solution?

First, you probably have your GEDCOM configured for four levels: city, county/locality, state/province, country
Second, for proper genealogy recording, you should ALWAYS have a country
Third, you don't describe enough of what you are doing to know for sure, but sounds like you are using auto-complete and/or you have PGV configured to use GeoNames. Both combined will suggest locations not in your GEDCOM and auto-complete alone will suggest place names already recorded in your GEDCOM.
So, I'm not sure what you are asking or describing, but I hope this helps. -Stephen

I have 4 levels of recording places city/county/state and country.
When adding the country e.g. USA in the countryfield autocomplete the location, then when trying to go to the next field (state) the frontpage of my website appears and it's hard to fill in the next fields.
Don't know where to find the solution.
I have made a printscreen but can't find a way to attach it to this threat.

What version are you using? 4.2.3 or even better, SVN tarball?
Do you use the split places boxes? Why? Regular auto-complete is much better and reinforces entry of places already entered (auto-complete fields are slightly colored orange). I would recommend disabling split places under GEDCOM ADMIN > EDIT CONFIG > EDIT OPTIONS
Depending on the version you are using and the underlying system, it can be buggy and usually of little help, especially when you have a considerable amount of places entered and already tuned (cleaned up) so that they appear without a great deal of confusion or options with auto-complete. -Stephen

Using 4.2.3. the latest as far as I know. The problem started to occur after upgrading to 423
Disabled the split places now It gone and autocomplete works fine with known places.
My website is a Joomla site with a special dir for PGV in it.
Which version are you using and can you try to enable split places in your website, to see if the same problem occurs with your site?
