Is there any way to automatically generate a PDF FGR for ALL families in the GEDCOM, say one page per family?

I have not found a way to be able to generate a meaningful PDF for all people in a GEDCOM.

Some people born in the early 1900's do not have a computer and can not access PHPGEDVIEW.  So I need to mail them a meaningful report.
