John Finlay - 2004-04-07

Version 3.0 Release Candidate 1 is now available for download.  This release enhances the betas by fixing several bugs and including an automatic upgrade to help admins upgrading from 2.65 to 3.0.  The documentation in the readme.txt file has also be updated with new installation and upgrading instructions.

Unless new major problems are found, the code found in this Release Candidate version will be rolled out as the final early next week.
