I'm wondering if there is a way to do most of my editing of individuals while adding a source. What I mean is that generally, a source doesn't have information for just one individual. I'd like to be able to add a source and/or piece of media, then be able to add the information for multiple individuals on the same form. Instead of adding information to one individual, then moving on to the next, and then the next, adding information, citations, and the source at each stop, it would be much easier if I could just manage it all from one form.
I'd imagine that this doesn't exist yet, but I thought I would ask. I chose to try to use phpgedview because I can theoretically add this myself, but it doesn't make sense for me to reinvent the wheel if it's already been done.

You are correct, it does not exist.
The Quick Update form used to allow entering data on multiple related persons, but did not encourage (or even allow) sourcing. Due to this and other buggy behavior, it was removed. This was the closest it ever became, and I think it unlikely to arise again, unless you choose to develop it.
The adding of this much information in one form or method can put significant strains on the system resources. -Stephen

Thanks for the quick answer. I probably have enough motivation myself to get this done, but if anyone else is interested in this, let me know and I'll keep you updated on my progress with it.

If the source citations, etc. are identical from one person to te next, you could, once entered, copy the information to the clipboard and the just add from the clipboard for all the other individuals.
The clipboard is intended to simplify repetitive typing of identical information.
