        did as you suggested but i still get message and these now as well

      did that and i still get those messages and now i get these as well:

      Brian,

      Why don't you set a local session.save_path to ./index/ in the configuration and make sure that ./index/ can be written to.

      It didn't seem change the session save path.  To verify this, edit the config.php file and check that
      $PGV_SESSION_SAVE_PATH = "./index/";

      If it doesn't say "./index/" then manually change the entry and upload the file again.

      If it does say "./index/", then your host has disabled the ability to change this and you need to contact your host and and let them no that you get permission errors when trying to use PHP sessions.
