In the Source list. Source titles are the same as source number.

How can I fix this?
The ID is only used when no other name is available.
Add a TITL or ABBR field to each source.
This is an example from the imported Gedcom. Still no source titles?
0 @S1@ SOUR 1 ABBR Roslags-kulla, F1:1 0 @S2@ SOUR 1 ABBR Ärla, C:4 0 @S3@ SOUR 1 ABBR Ärla, AI:16 0 @S4@ SOUR 1 ABBR Ärla, AI:14 0 @S5@ SOUR 1 ABBR Ärla, AI:13 0 @S6@ SOUR 1 ABBR Ärla, C:5 0 @S7@ SOUR 1 ABBR Ärla, C:7
ABBR is intended to be a short version of the SOUR TITL, not a substitute for no title. Either change all your ABBR to TITL or ad some titles to your SOURces. Not sure why you would not include a TITL upon creation to begin with?
+1 TITL <SOURCE_DESCRIPTIVE_TITLE> {0:1} +2 <SOURCE_DESCRIPTIVE_TITLE> {0:M} +1 ABBR <SOURCE_FILED_BY_ENTRY> {0:1}
