version? Are you sure you are signed/logged in? Are you sure you used an Admin account to do so?
Just because the system sees you and says 'welcome' is not a guarantee it has granted you rights. Log out and log back in to be sure.

Version 4.2.2. Definitely logged in. Definitely admin account (I have checked in user admin). This is all with having just logged in again now, and the edit option is still not there.
However I have just fixed this myself in the configuration file / edit options / and turning on 'enable online editing'

Although I am the administrator, I cant see the edit option or menu in the close relatives tab as shown in the help files. Any ideas?
