I have been looking through the different languages in the beta and have noticed that when changing not all sections are responding.
The sections I see right now are the support link text at the bottom of each page and the tabs on the individuals page.
The support link changes on #3 and #13 only, all others stay in english.
On the three tabs it seems that some languages change all three while others change change only "Personal Facts and Details" and leave the others in the default of english.
I noticed in the CVS's that you have been working on the language files so I didn't post a bug at this time.
As to the upload and instal of 2.61b4 I had no problems. The new red letters stand out nicely so I'll add only this idea. The import box might look better centered and have the following message. See this link http://www.lowmasterober.com/images/change1.jpg

The languages are maintained by PhpGedView users and as such not all of the language files get updated with every new version.
The language files that are updated regularly are:
English, German, Dutch, and Danish. Spanish and French will usually be updated with every final release.
The language files are always being worked on and are updated as I get updates from the PhpGedView user community.
I don't want to add more text next to the import button because I don't want people to think that they have to reimport the gedcom everytime they save the gedcom configuration.
