    Hi,

I just installed PGV on a Linux server and got it configured. I can see the welcome page, but when I click on the "Add GEDCOM", "Upload GEDCOM" or "Create a new GEDCOM" buttons, all I get is a blank page.

I checked the Apache logs and the PHP error logs, and there is no indication of any problems at all.

Any ideas what could be causing this? Are there other logs I can check?

    Which version did you install?
Which version of PHP are you using?

    Jim:
You should be using the "SVN" version, which is also known as "version 4.3.0" although it has never been released and is still being updated from time to time.

You should also make sure that you have allocated enough memory to the PHP script. PhpGedView should be allowed to use at least 64 Mb.

If you're just starting out as a PhpGedView user, you should consider using Webtrees as an alternative that is MUCH better supported and is being updated more frequently.
