How do I stop monitoring the forum???

I am trying to stop monitoring the forum, and the site is useless as far as helping me to do that.

Does anyone know how to stop receiving emails every time a new message is posted?

  Click on the my sf.net tab at the top of the page and then click the little trash can next to the forum you no longer wish to monitor.
