The problem is that the path to your server-resident GEDCOM contains the string "../", and this is being incorrectly identified as an attempt by a hacker to escape from the PGV install directory.

If I click on this link on the manage GEDCOMs page, I get the error message: Hackers are not welcome here.
I have checked my user admin settings, and all appears ok.
I can't get the replacement GEDCOM uploaded by using the 'Upload GEDCOM' button either, and it flips to the same error message.
The only way to get the GEDCOM up is to do an FTP.
Either upgrade to the latest SVN, or download and install the patch attached to this bug report:
