In the "Personal fact and detail"-window, a "+" is shown, if a source is connected to a fact. Then you have to click the "+", before you can read the source-notes, and the "+" becomes a "-".
How can you make shown source-notes default ?.

The reason the NOTE and CONT lines in Arne's GEDCOM are showing up is because they are not a NOTE for the source citation but a note for the fact. If the NOTE from Arne's GEDCOM really is a note for the source citation, then the GEDCOM should look like this:
2 SOUR @Sx@
3 QUAY x
3 NOTE x
4 CONT x
Unfortunately there are many ways to add notes to facts and many ways to do source citations :(
Your GEDCOM record shows the proper way to do a source citation using the TEXT tag.
To have the source citations expanded by default edit functions_print.php and change line 1207 to say display: block; instead of display: none;

The GEDCOM file has been created by PAF. I have tried severel ways to make notes in PAF, all gives the same result.

Do you want the plus to always be expanded so that you can see the source citation without having to open it?
Or are the TEXT and subsequent CONT tags not being displayed properly?

The TEXT-record are showing the word TEXT, when showing the textline, this I think is wrong.
It seems like PAF has more levels of source-records, than your code 'reads'
Arnes GEDCOM:
2 SOUR @Sx@
3 QUAY x
2 NOTE x
3 CONT x
My GEDCOM:
2 SOUR @Sx@
3 DATA
4 TEXT x
5 CONT x
When you open Arnes, whithout expanding, It will show SOUR, NOTE and CONT. When you expand, it will show QUAY.
When you open my, whitout expanding, it will show SOUR. When you expand, it will show TEXT and CONT.
It will be okay for me, if I could choose expanded as default. Maybe if one could choose the option in the setup, it would be fine.
If you could tell me, which php-script and where, i could edit it my selfe.

I have changed "block" to "none", and the plus.gif to minus.gif, and it seems to work!
