Hello,
i try to find this in bug, wiki and forum, but without success.
Short introduction for myslef, I try to manage a very small site for my family, I have no know special competencies and knowledge on genealogy, but I did not found any issues since 3.4 years of use. Living in Switzerland, french speaking, enginner, parent, etc..
So
All recors are correctly filled with male female records, already from a old file imported.
but the stats only consider the sex if I edit and save without changing any value.
example, I have 19 males, 21 females, and 200 undefined.
I choose a person a woman who does not appear in pink, quick gender edit, save, close, accept, refresh.
the person is now in pink and the stats show now 22 females.
Any idea?
Many thanks,
Eric

It sounds as if you did an upgrade of the program without re-importing the GEDCOM afterwards.
The program, during an upgrade, will update the database table definitions (the database table fields), but it will not update the field contents. This is done during a GEDCOM import, which is documented to be always required.
The upgrade procedure is described in detail in a recent Help topic whose title begins with "Repost: Download…"
You can try just re-importing the GEDCOM. If this doesn't work, you will need to restore your site completely from the backups. The restore will need to also replace the existing PhpGedView program with whatever version you were using previously. After that, follow the upgrade instructions.
You should be using the "SVN" version of PhpGedView. The download location is given in the Help topic mentioned above.
