When I want to display the FAQ's, which are present in the faqlist.nl.php file, it tells me the list is empty. I know it is not empty, cause I just edited some of them, translated them into dutch I mean. So some FAQ's do exist.
Anybody knows how I can get the FAQ's to show up?
Thanks in advance, Wim.

Further to this, it does not work in english either, although there are a lot of FAQ's in the faqlist.en.php. Is there something I have to set somewhere?

Yes, there is a bit to do yet…
The entries in the language files are variables FOR USE in FAQs, not FAQs themselves. The actual FAQs will be saved in a DB table after you create them.
Go to your Help -> FAQ Lists menu.
Click on Add FAQ Item
You can then use the language variable set up in the faq language files to construct your own FAQs. Each part of ther "Add an FAQ Item window has help icons. Click on those to get more information about exactly how to proceed.
You can of course completely ignore the language file suggestions and simply type your own FAQs - but of course they will then only exist in your own language. Using the variables means they can be translated.
If the variables available to you are not sufficient, or you need to change them, simply amend the files - but remember to do it in every language your site allows.

You're strongly advised to enter your customized FAQ texts into the respective "languages/extra.xx.php" files. You don't have to use the numbering or naming conventions we have suggested in the English FAQ files, but the "faqlist" part is essential.
The reason for putting your own FAQ text into the "languages/extra.xx.php" files is so that when a new release of PhpGedView is made, your customized text will not be destroyed. We will never release PhpGedView with files named like "extra.xx.php"

Saying that though, can you explain what this picture represents? I am trying to edit the faqlist.nl.php, as you can see, but these are not what you described to me. Where is this information displayed??
Regards, Wim
