    Hi

I just setup a brand new website http://majorca.globat.com/~family-history-online.com/phpGedView/ and installed phpGedView. The Welcome Page includes two error messages as follows....

Notice: Undefined index: O5 in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/family-history-online.com/httpdocs/phpGedView/functions.php on line 2805

Notice: Undefined index: O6 in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/family-history-online.com/httpdocs/phpGedView/functions.php on line 2805

It has something to do with the random picture feature because with this turned off the errors don't appear.

    How to cure?

    Thanks
    Ed

      Hi Ed,

Can you send me your gedcom? I would like to check where the O5 and O6 come from. I have seen the code and want to verify it against your gedcom.

      Thanks,

      Roland

      Hi Ed,

I saw you found a way to send the file. Thanks for that. With the file I was able to solve the problem. I have created a bug report (https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1009139&group_id=55456&atid=477079) and the patch can be found here: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1009143&group_id=55456&atid=477081

Please let me know how you go.

      Regards,

      Roland

        Hi

I downloaded and installed the patch, problem solved! ;o)

I have to tell you that until recently I worked for a software company that could learn a lot from this project. They took longer to acknowledge a bug report than you have taken to supply a patch.

        Thanks
        Ed

      Hey Ed,

Sorry I forgot to check the medialist. The patch has been updated. So, with the files in the zip it should all be solved now.

      Regards,

      Roland
