Unrecognized GEDCOM Code: _PGV @M69@
This is an error, and we would like to fix it. Please report this error to Site Admin.
When I upgraded to 4.2.3, I goofed and overwrote my /media folder. I used FTP to restore it and all the files in the proper subdirectory.
The image is appearing as thumb okay. But, when I scroll down to the Facts the images belong to, I see the above error. It's repeated for every "missing" image.
In Mange Multimedia, the images/thumbs appear okay.

Mac, hopefully these are spurious tags from some earlier import/export that went wrong, as they shouldn't be there.
However, the short-term easy solution is to go to your GEDCOM config page and look for the setting that says "Hide GEDCOM errors". Set it to YES.
That should hide these, and everything else will be OK.
