I had similar problems, and found that the problem was with my customization. The other themes worked fine. If the other themes work fine, try updating the files that have the customization in your theme. Use the standard theme as a basic file, and transfer your settings to it.

Like a fool, I omitted to upgrade the entire 'themes' folder, rather than just my own theme. Now the standard theme is up to version 2.60, it works fine.
All I have to do now is to work out what needs to change in my own theme!!

All changes that are made to the themes between versions are noted on the Style Guide documentation. If you customize your theme you should review the Style Guide during your upgrade to make sure your theme is compatible with the latest version.

I've just upgraded to 2.6 and I'm getting this error several times on the pedigree chart:
Undefined variable: PGV_LARROW_IMG in /var/www/tanti.org.uk/index.php on line 232
Everything else is working ok, so I'm sure it's me somehow - I just can't see how at the moment!!
