Currently, when I visit my website I get "PHPGedview" in the default colours and below this is "Site is currently unavailable"
I have changed web hosting providers and copied the entire web folder to the new host. I have also backed up the MySQL database and copied that into the new provider each by using the Cpanel configuation. Is there a good guide on how this process should be done or can someone suggest what else needs to be setup/configured for this to work.

Did you amend your config.php file for any changes in your DB name, username, password etc as a result of moving to a new host?
If all that is OK, then it will probably help to know what versions of PGV, PHP, MySQL you are running, and your URL so someone can take a first-hand look at the issue.
