VIew Source is your key to pages that don't load:
"<b>Fatal error</b>: SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://gontzfamily.org/familytrees/' : Entity 'nbsp' not defined
in <b>/home/gontzfam/public_html/genealogy/includes/classes/class_serviceclient.php</b> on line <b>121</b><br />"
You may have some bad NBSP characters in this gedcom, or you may have corrupted your class_serviceclient.php file, although most likely the former, not the latter.
Look at the raw and see if you can spot any faulty characters.

Another thought too. Do you have REMOTE SITE set up for some of these INDI's? There is a known bug in 4.2.2 causing a SOAP error and precipitating the page error…Stephen

This individual is a link to a person in another gedcom.
I presume that all the problem individuals are also links to this gedcom?
Do any of the details (e.g. path, gedcom name, etc.) on the remote site have a space in them?

Thank you Stephen and fisharebest.
First I discovered a problem with family F14775 so I deleted "1 FAMS @F14775@" from each of the individuals in this family by editing the raw GEDCOM record. This took care of the issues for everyone in this family except for one person. This individual is/was linked to another GEDCOM. The link to this individual is http://www.gontzfamily.org/genealogy/individual.php?pid=I41000&ged=gruverfamily#content. What is the best way to delete this record so that I can re-link it?

I failed to mention in my previous post that I do not see the "Options for individual" when I am logged in. I am assuming that I will have to remove this person/link via phpMyAdmin?

I haven't deleted the individual mentioned above yet but I did just attempt to link her to the newly created family that I referred to and now when I click on "Link remote person" I get the following error message:
Fatal error: Call to a member function canDisplayDetails() on a non-object in /home/gontzfam/public_html/genealogy/includes/controllers/remotelink_ctrl.php on line 421

Don't delete the INDI, just use phpMyAdmin (or your other DB access prog) and remove the code that provides the link reference to the remote site. As I noted before, remote linkage is buggy, especially in 4.2.2.

I am having trouble with Personal Facts and Details not showing for most of the individuals in only one GEDCOM of my phpGedView installation. The GEDCOM that I am having issues with is located at http://www.gontzfamily.org/genealogy/index.php?ctype=gedcom&ged=gruverfamily.
I am using version 4.2.2
Here is a direct link to one of the individuals that are not working: http://www.gontzfamily.org/genealogy/individual.php?pid=I40947&ged=gruverfamily
I have read some of the other posts on this issue but I don't know what the problem is.
