Pgvthemes has been down for quite some time. Anyone know if it is being repaired or if there is another site with theme access? Thanks so much!
I suspect that it's been taken off-line because PGV is no longer being actively developed.
There have been no significant changes to PGV for over 2 years.
You're correct, according to the download page of the site which seems to be up this evening:

The "justblack" pgv theme was update about 18 months ago to pgv 4.2.4, further theme development has been integrated with the webtrees site.
