There is now a new item on the Admin menu titled "Merge Records". This new feature will allow you to merge two of the same type of records in the same gedcom file.
As many of you know, if you've ever tried to merge your gedcom with another gedcom, you end up with lots of duplicate records. This will let you merge those duplicates. So you can merge duplicate individuals, families, sources, and anything else that appears at level 0.
I added this because I finally got annoyed by having many of the same sources in the source list. It doesn't attempt to do any smart matching and it won't merge across gedcoms, though these features could be added in the future.
