Rather than fixing the problem for myself, I file bug reports and leave it to John and his coworkers to fix the problems for everybody. And for the problem you describe I have filed a bug report here:
The problem with the undefined variable people does not appear, but since this is not the first time it is run ir couldn't be guaranteed that the problem would appear.
The other problem did appear:
When other users are selected when the folder initially are created, it does produce errors:

Hello Arne and Juergen,
I saw on the screenprint that you are using the old layout ResearchLog.
Today I released a new version of the researchLog which includes quite a few changes including the layout.
Can you please download that one and see if the error still persists?
Regards,
Roland
Hi Roland
The problem with the undefined variable people does not appear, but since this is not the first time it is run ir couldn't be guaranteed that the problem would appear.
The other problem did appear:
When other users are selected when the folder initially are created, it does produce errors:
This image shows that other users are selected.
http://phpgedview.1go.dk/rs2_0.gif
This following image shows the resulting errors:
http://phpgedview.1go.dk/rs2_1.gif
When a folder is created with no users selected, and the users are selected afterwards, no errors are produced.
Best regards,
Arne
Hello Arne,
Thanks for the detailed explanation. I tried to reproduce the error in both sql and index version but failed :) Which can be a good or a bad thing :)
After checking the error line shown in your screenprint the comment tells me this: //-- don't let any html in
It clearly is an attempt to stop hacking your system.
I will go find out why this line is triggered.
So far the update.
Regards,
Roland
hello roland,
with the new research log is no error.
thank you so much
best regards jrgen
Hello all,
The second error that Arne pointed out has also been solved (Thanks to John).
I placed it in the patches section and can be found here:
