I've been trying to add a Indiv Note but every time I paste the info and click Add; it will return a 403 Forbidden error. I can shrink the note down and it will accept it however I must create 3 notes in order for all of the note to be added.
Does this sound normal? Is there a character limit? Can this be increased and what would be the drawbacks of this?

What version of PGV are you using?
There's no real limit on the length of a Note.
