When updating to a new Gedcom file all user privilege's are set to NO. What can I change to keep user privilege to remain on ACCESS when uploading a new Gedcom file?
Thanks in advance for help!
Bob

Keep the file name of the GEDCOM you're uploading identical to what you already have, and let PGV replace existing database content.
If you're adding a GEDCOM to the ones you already have, there's nothing that will "fix" your problem. There are just too many changes to do this easily.

As Gerry said in his response, the key here is "new/additional" gedcom, or original. If only one, nothing should change if you simply replace the existing one - named identically. If additional GEDCOMs (we host 4 now, and have had up to 7), with sites with many users, it is necessary to set each users access individually since many admins would not want every user to have even access privileges. If you wish ALL, you could probably devised a SQL command to run in phpMyAdmin to set all to access.
